ITALY: Italy short selling ban in shares of Saipem

Consob has announced a temporary prohibition in the Italy short selling of shares of SAIPEM, ISIN code: IT0000068525, on the MTA, a regulated market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., taking effect from 11:50 AM of June 17, 2013 until the end of the trading day of June 18, 2013. The prohibition does not apply to the activity of market making, as defined by Article 2(1)(k) of the EU Short Selling Regulation.
