ITALY: Consob temporarily prohibits Italy short selling in Seat Pagine Gialle

Consob has temporarily prohibited short sales of Seat Pagine Gialle shares in Italy short selling in the market session of Wednesday 30 January 2013 on the MTA market of Borsa Italiana. The prohibition will last 24 hours and lapses at midnight on 30th January 2013. The prohibition was adopted in application of Article 23 of the European Community Regulation on Short Selling, considering the price change recorded by the securities (in excess of 40%).
