Borsa Italianas new Equity Market Rules will come into effect on 14th May 2018.
The new rules are modified to extend the number of tradable instruments in the multilateral trading facility. The rules will allow equity deposit receipts and other equivalent risk capital securities, which satisfy the criteria already established in the Rules.
The new rules also alter the definition of an issuer, this has been changed in order to permit issuers of equity depositary receipts and represented shares.
