The Bank of Italy has launched a consultation providing for a set of provisions intended to give full implementation to Capital Requirements Directive (CRD IV) in Italy in connection with the newly established remuneration policy requirements for banks, banking groups, investment firms and groups of investment firms. Comments need to be submitted to the Bank of Italy by 12 January 2014.

The Bank of Italy has also launched a further consultation provides for a set of provisions intended to give full implementation to the CRD IV in Italy in connection with the requirements provided for under CRD IV in terms of the internal organisation and governance of banks. Comments on this second consultation need to be submitted to the Bank of Italy by 14 January 2014.
