The Commission has approved the amendments to the Regulations for the markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA approved by the Board of Directors of Borsa Italiana in the session of 9 December 2013 regarding:

1. Requirement of the float in the case of admission of issuers already traded in multilateral trading systems;

2. the float as a requirement for remaining in the Star segment (devoted to medium-sized enterprises);

3. collection of acceptances of purchase or exchange offers;

4. rules for operators;

5. rules on the subject of record dates for the purposes of legitimising the payment of dividends.
