Following Notice nr. 7465 of 20th April 2016, referring to the following amendments to SeDeX Market Rules, it has been confirmed that the date of entry into force is Monday, 16th May 2016.

The amendments to SeDeX market rules are:

  • the new SeDeX market model;
  • the introduction of the pre-trading phase;
  • the new calculation methodologies of the reference price, dynamic price and static price; and
  • the review of the specialists’ obligations and other fine tunings.
