IRELAND: Updates to the Regulated Disclosures Submission Process

The Regulated Disclosures teams in the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) are currently upgrading their document management and workflow system.

This will affect submissions under the Prospectus, Transparency and Short Selling legislative regimes.

As previously mentioned, “submission templates” (Excel spreadsheets containing details related to each submission) will be required for most submission types.

The following is a brief update as to current developments in this regard:

• User Testing of the new system is continuing;
• Deployment of the submission templates required with each submission is currently planned for early August; and
• Availability of website instructions related to the use of the submission templates is planned for 7 to 10 days prior to deployment.
