The Central bank has granted system administrator access to all Regulated Financial Service Providers (RFSPs) to facilitate greater flexibility for users of the Online Reporting System.
The system administrator is responsible for many processes on the Online Reporting System regarding your Users and Business Administrators; these include:
- Resetting Passwords
- Amending Access
- Creating new user accounts
- Manage Notifications
- Request a Change of Firm Administrator
If a User or Business Administrator contacts the Central Bank for assistance with these processes they will be directed to contact their System Administrator. It is the System Administrator’s responsibility to ensure all Users are familiar with all of these processes.
