IRELAND: Global Exchange Market Expands to Include Listing of Investment Funds

The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) has expanded the Global Exchange Market (GEM) to include the listing of investment funds. Investment managers now have a choice of two markets when listing on the Irish Stock Exchange – the Main Securities Market (MSM) and the GEM.

The Exchange has published GEM Rules for Investment Funds. These rules apply to an applicant or listed fund the units of which are, or have applied to be, admitted to the official list and to trading on the Global Exchange Market.
