The Irish Stock Exchange (ISE) has removed the requirement for daily disclosure of portfolio details for actively managed exchange traded funds (ETFs). This change came into effect on 18th November 2014.

The ISE is used as primary listing venue for many ETF issuers. The decision to make this change follows a review of ETF regimes across the EU. The removal of this rule brings the ISE in line with the requirements other EU exchanges.

The facility to publish portfolio disclosures remains available to all ISE listed ETF issuers.
