IRELAND: Consultation Paper on Authorisation Service Standards published by Central Bank

The Central Bank has published a Consultation Paper on proposed Authorisation Service Standards. The Consultation is seeking feedback on proposed target turnaround times for processing applications from firms who wish to become authorised to provide financial services. The paper describes the programme of work being undertaken to improve the authorisation process with the goal of improving efficiency and timeliness of response, while maintaining rigorous assessment of new applicants.
