The Central Bank of Ireland has published an updated version of the regulatory reporting requirements for Irish authorised investment funds. The guidance note is relevant for all Irish authorised Investment Funds (IFs) and their service providers.
The purpose of the guidance note is to provide information and direction to the IF’s Board of Directors / Management Company / General Partner, as appropriate, on the reporting requirements relating to the extension of the Central Bank of Ireland’s Online Reporting System (ONR System) to IF’s. (It should be noted that this guidance note may be periodically updated).
The publication includes guidance on:

- Completing Return Forms;
- Termination Accounts;
- Dormant / Not Launched Sub-Funds;
- IF Annual Audited Financial Statements;
- IF Interim Financial Statements;
- IF Annual Sub-Fund Profile;
- UCITS Annual update of Key Investor Information Document (KIID);
- UCITS Annual Financial Derivative Instrument (FDI) Return;
- IF Regulatory Report;
- Depositary Regulatory Report;
- Independent Statutory Auditor – Auditor Statutory Duty Confirmation; and
- Naming Convention For Files Up-loaded To ONR System.
