The Irish Central Bank has published a sixth edition of its AIFMD Questions and Answers as of 13th December 2013. The Central Bank has also released Guidance on the marketing of AIFs to professional investors in Ireland under the EU (AIFM) Regulations 2013 and the marketing of AIFs to professional investors in the EU by Irish AIFMs under the EU (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) Regulations 2013. Forms that correspond to this guidance have also been published.
