The Central Bank of Ireland has published the Tenth Edition of AIFMD Questions and Answers on their website. These have been published in order to address common queries likely to arise in relation to the implementation of the AIFMD, specifically to assist in limiting any uncertainty until definitive positions and practices are finalised. It is not relevant to assessing compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this edition amendments were made to question ID 1021 and new questions 1072-1077 were included.
