IRELAND: Central Bank publishes Qualifying AIF Application Form

The Central Bank of Ireland has published a number of sections of the Qualifying AIF Application Form. Sections 1 and 2 are to be populated with general information and the form contains details on the various documents to be submitted. Section 3 is to be populated with details of the memorandum of association and constitutional documents, including the deed of constitution and the trust deed. Section 9 deals with the Investment Limited Partnership Agreement.
