IRELAND: CBI Publishes Compliance Form and Regulatory Reporting Guide V.2.4

The Irish Central Bank has published a Compliance Form to be completed by Depositories and other entities detailing matters surrounding breaches/errors. The Form can be downloaded from here.

The Central Bank has also published Volume 2.4 of its Guidance Note on Regulatory Reporting for Irish authorised funds. The Guidance Note contains information on completing the various regulatory returns for investment funds and covers the content of individual Return Forms along with the definitions of fields and instructions for completing.
