The Central Bank of Ireland implemented the ESMA guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS issues through a series of amendments to the UCITS Notices and related Guidance Notes, published on 15 February 2013. The Central Bank has on, 28 March 2013, published revised UCITS Notices to rectify two errors which were subsequently identified.
