On 19 July 2013 the Central Bank published a revised AIF Rulebook. The AIF Rulebook now contains references to the European Union (Alternative Investment Fund Managers) Regulations 2013. Some other consequential and drafting were also made to both the AIF Rulebook and the guidance related to AIFs and their service providers.
