IRELAND: Central Bank publishes 5th version of AIFMD Q and A and AIFM Register

The Central Bank of Ireland has released its 5th edition of its AIFMD Questions and Answers. The document sets out answers to queries likely to arise in relation to the implementation of the AIFMD. It is published in order to assist in limiting any uncertainty until definitive positions and practices are finalised.

The AIFM Register has also been published in XML format. A username and password is required for access to the file.
