INTERNATIONAL: Russian and Iranian CSD’s Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On 10^th  April 2018,  Central Securities Depository of Iran signed a memorandum of understanding with the National Settlement Depository (NSD) of Russia

This MOU will facilitate collaboration between both parties on a vast range of issues in post-trade scenarios, such as corporate actions processing, including voting and proxy-voting.

Both parties have agreed to  exchange experience and information, and to develop cooperation in the sphere of depositary and settlement operations, operational interactions in post-trade scenarios, such as corporate actions processing, including e-General Meeting and e-voting.
