On 8 April 2013 ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange (ISDX) launched a market consultation in relation to proposed changes to the framework of the ISDX Growth Market involving amendments to:
- the ISDX Rules for Issuers (Rules); and
- the ISDX Corporate Advisers Handbook (Handbook).
The consultation having concluded, ISDX confirms the revised Rules and Handbook with effect from 9 July 2013.
