On 4th March 2018, Nasdaq Dubai published a notice that outlines the securities that are eligible to be transferred from ICSD to Nasdaq Dubai and vice versa.
The notice also states that such securities are to be held by an approved International Central Securities Depository (ICSD) namely Euroclear Bank SA/NV and Clearstream Banking SA, Luxembourg.
These eligible Securities are Debt Securities with the majority of these being limited to Sukuk Bonds.
