The International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) has published its Consultation Document “Proposal on reporting to the regulatory authorities on the distribution market of corporate bonds and improving public transparency”.

The Document had been created following in-city talks on recommendations on the transparency of corporate bond markets which were held on the 14 of August.
