BATS has dropped the Chi-X name for its European exchange amid a wider rebrand of the group. Bats Chi-X Europe is now simply Bats Europe.  Furthermore, BATS Global Markets (BATS), has officially changed its name to Bats Global Markets (Bats), with the word Bats title-cased vs. all uppercase letters. They have applied the same format across all of their markets, with the exception of the Hotspot global foreign exchange market, whose name and brand will be maintained.
