In accordance with the powers conferred by section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act 1992, SEBI has announced minor amendments to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009.
Schedule X(9) of the aforementioned regulations will now include “services provided by recognised stock exchanges and registered depositories, in relation to securities”.
