The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion has requested feedback from stakeholders on the current draft of India`s Consolidated FDI Policy.
The Consolidated FDI Policy compiles all information on India`s FDI policy in one place, including Press Notes, Press Releases and Clarifications. It is maintained and updated by the DIPP and a revised version is published at least annually.
The DIPP intends to publish the 2014 edition at the end of March 2014. To this end, it has requested any comments or feedback on the current policy (Circular No. 1 of 2013, available here) from stakeholders be submitted to it by 17th January 2014. Comments can be submitted to circular2014.fdi@nic.in.
