The Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion is proposing changes in respect of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in e-commercie in India and has issued a discussion paper. Among others, the Discussion Paper requests feedback on whether FDI should be permitted in B2C e-commerce (business to consumer), and the extent to which it should be permitted.
Responses are to be received by 30th January to the below:
