The Chief Executive Officer of the Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. resolves that the Regulations for Listing, Continued Trading and Disclosure of the Budapest Stock Exchange Ltd. amended by resolution No. 19/2013 of the Board of Directors of the Budapest Stock Exchange and approved by resolution No. H-EN-III/-26/2013 of the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority enters into effect on July 1, 2013.
