The Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong has published Hong Kong Takeovers Bulletin – Issue No. 10 (September 2009) which includes details on the Revised Practice Notes 2 6 (Profit forecasts and calculation of see-through price for convertible securities, respectively).
