On 23rd May 2018, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) published the second issue of its SFC Regulatory Bulletin: Listed Corporations.
The guidance document provides an update on how the SFC utilises its powers under the Securities and Futures (Stock Market Listing) Rules (SMLR) to fulfil its statutory objective of protecting investors
