HONG KONG: Revised Frequently Asked Questions for Hong Kong Short Selling Position Reporting

Following the update of 26 April, 2012, in which the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission’s (SFC) announced that it was launching a Hong Kong Short Position Reporting (SPR) Service Pilot, the SFC has now updated its Frequently Asked Question on Hong Kong Short Selling Reporting.

The questions A2 and D5 have been added to the list.
