The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has issued FAQs on interim reporting requirements for over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions. Amongst other things, the FAQs provide membership information on the Hong Kong Trade Repository, and clarifications on reporting requirements and implementation timelines.
